Undercover Hong Kong cop Kit (Jing Wu) winds up in a Thai prison after infiltrating an organ-harvesting gang by overdoing his cover as a drug addict. His situation is not helped by the fact that the Warden (Zhang Jin) is in league with the gang's amoral kingpin (Louis Koo). But he finds help on the inside from new guard Chatchai (Tony Jaa), an honest man driven to desperate measures because his young daughter needs a bone marrow transplant. Their partnership could be a perfect match. Thai fighting legend Jaa ensures there's no shortage of martial arts mayhem.
While undercover officer Kit is taken prisoner by the syndicate, he befriends his keeper and discovers an organ trafficking ring.
